Question?!!!!

Question

I had an IUI done in 2017 my first one failed tried again and I had a successful IUI my son was born 02/18...
So my question is has anyone conceived on your own after a successful IUI? 
Dr told me I should be able too but I’m not preventing nor trying but I also haven’t got pregnant.
So I feel like I will need to start an IUI process again..

My first one failed, not sure if it was because I only had 1 mature follicle or because I was stressed and I didn’t know if I was doing everything correctly. Basically I didn’t want to mess up...
The second time I noticed I wasn’t stressed at all and kept myself relaxed and positive but also I had 3 mature follicles... that’s the  only difference I noticed
