Miscarriage Blood question

Has anyone miscarried and not have blood clots? I am unfortunately in the process of a miscarriage right now but haven’t seen a single clot and it’s been a week today. The blood is a glossy pinkish red and not as heavy anymore, so should I be worried? I started spotting 5w&1d and was confirmed it was a miscarriage at 5w&6d.

• I am still cramping but it’s more pressure now and it pushes to my back

• I am so gassy that it hurts and makes my cramps come back

• my last miscarriage was never like this
