Dairy/soy intolerance/allergy??

Has anyone continued to EBF with a MSPI? My LO is 6 months and for the past 4 months I have been on a really strict diet for him so we can continue to BF. I have been under a lot of personal stress lately, and as hard as I try, I dont think I am producing enough anymore😥 I guess I'm also asking if anyone supplements with a hypoallergenic formula and has had luck. My son refuses to drink it, and doesn't like the bottle at all. He hasnt been gaining weight very well lately and I'm worried its becuase of my supply.

My son was on alimentum and he did good with it. He had a soy and milk allergy.

Mine had that and there was nothing my diet could do because he was still having issues even dairy and soy free...we put him on Elecare and had great results

Have you tried a sippy cup instead? And fenugreek tablets helped my breastmilk supply since they are natural and fennel actually pressed in a tablet and fennel is supposed to be good for the supply, also stay hydrated
