Pubic symphysis pain 24 weeks pregnant?

When I lay down and move a certain way, the bones right by my vagina hurt. Do I need to call my dr about it or should I just deal with it? My next appt isn’t til the 29th and it’s my glucose test so idk. It doesn’t hurt too bad but it’s not fun to experience

It's normal. There are stretches and exercises that can help. But there's nothing your doctor can do for it.

I’m 33 weeks and asked my dr about this yesterday, she said it’s normal and that your body is just getting ready. She also showed me that there’s a round ligament that goes from my belly down to my groin and then out to my leg, so that my pain is probably just that. She said if it gets too painful to take Tylenol.

I’ve suffered really bad in my last pregnancy and worse in this one I’m in England and we get referred to a physiotherapist to help that may be a option for you otherwise you could research stretch’s to help but doctors can’t do anything
