Boyfriend?

I’m currently in a relationship and we got into an argument because my ex boyfriend called. He already has a girlfriend but we still keep in touch here and there so yesterday like I said I got a call from him and I was with my boyfriend. My mistake was denying the call and my boyfriend got extremely pissed and said I lost his trust. He’s been in a relationship where it was toxic mentally and physically and so was I.

I’m madly in love and I think he is to but he has trust issues. I don’t know what to do at this moment.

I think I’m going to give him the “3 day rule”.
