Feeling off

So me and my fiance have been TTC for almost a year. We got pregnant before but it was ectopic. After that was over with we started trying again. I'm feeling sick when I wake up, my cervix is hurting(but I think that might just be from sex), my boobs hurt, my appetite is all over the place, either always hungry or not hungry at all. I keep getting headaches every day sometimes several times a day. I'm extremely exhausted, and I'm having a lot of CM. My period isn't due for 12 more days, so I don't think it's that. Help! Lol what could this be?
