Pregnant again !!!

So My ex and I got closer after having a baby and we ended up having arc again. We were using the pull out method , but I got my period after the last time we did that and then after my period we were having sex with condoms . I wanted to get on birth control but my therapist told me it would be best if I change it bc I was feeling really depressed. So I was trying to get the implant , but my insurance is taking forever to see if they can cover it 😭. But now I think I’m pregnant . My period is 5 days late And I’m actually really regular I took a test it says negative , but when I was pregnant last year I took the same test and it said negative as well and I was actually pregnant . And don’t find out tell 2 months later . What should I do ??

And please no comments on I should have been smarter I already know that . We even used protection
