Oily face and big pores

Does anyone know how to reduce the oiliness, i dont mind if im at home alone since i try to ignore it but when im at outside and my face feels oily which digust me. I use the japanese products hada labo for face wash and water gel. I use Garnier for its cream whenever i head out, it used to work at the past but i think my oils combats the cream and its useless again after a few hours. Even makeup looks oily when i used setting spray for oily face . My pores are huge due to me trying to pop the blackheads especially on my nose.
