very scared, please help

so i had sex september 8th( the day after my period ended)he wore a condom and pulled out. since then ive gotten what i think we’re periods, they were medium/heavy and had clots. While i was on the second one i was getting nauseous at the same time everyday. Now i’m 2 day until ovulation and i feel bloated and my boobs are sore. I also get a lot of headaches and i’ve had a cold the past couple of weeks. Should i be worried? and please now hateful comments, i have rlly bad anxiety.
