Need advice immediately

So there's this boy that I like in my class, but there are two other girls that are my acquaintances that have a crush on him. I don't want to ask him out because I think it might create some bad blood between me and the other two girls. One of the girls actually used to date the boy that I like. I don't know what to do. We get along a lot because we talk all the time. We checking on each other. I need advice.what should I do.
