Hi girls, just need some advice/reassurance. My past few periods I have been in so much pain with the cramps... last month I threw up from the pain and almost passed out on the toilet - I ended up ringing the non emergency services I was so worried. And now last night I woke up in agony at 2am with stabbing cramps needing pain relief, and I havent even started bleeding yet. Does this sound like endometriosis? I’m not on any contraception. Tia x
