Pretty sure it's another NO

Past couple days, cd 20-22, I started feeling ovary pinches then occasional side boob discomfort (I remember my breast fullness on the sides before my miscarriage) so I started getting hopeful. Now I'm full on crying like I do a week before my cycle starts (and my cycle should start in another 7 days). My poor husband doesn't understand that I'm crying more because I'm crying (pms). Going to ask the doc for another HSG when my cycle does start to see if my one follipan tube is still clear. 4.5 years of waiting and wait comtinues.
