Lifting kids first trimester

Hi son I’m extremely high risk and this is my rainbow so I don’t want to do anything I shouldn’t. I work with kids is it ok to pick them up and put them in changing table? They’re from 1-3 don’t want to hurt my baby if I shouldn’t lift that much.
