Nanny interview questions

Hi ladies, we are interviewing a nanny tomorrow who will come to our house to stay with our little one while I work from home a couple of days a week (if we like her of course).

Any suggestions on what to ask? What not to forget? How can we know if she is a good fit?

My daughter is going to be 2 months old when we start and will stay at home until about 6 months (after that we already have a daycare lined up).

Any advice is highly appreciated. Thanks!
