5 month long vaginal Bleeding + tennis ball sized blood clots

I have had Excessive bleeding for 5 months straight now. It is not a period and there is no way i ever was or am Pregnant. No doctors will help me and say the can only refer me to a specialist whose wait list is over a year to even review my case. Usually it is just a lot of blood. three huge overnight pads a day but now every couple of hours i have the huge blood clots that look like jellied cranberry sauce coming out of me. they range in size from the smallest being maybe a ping pong ball to the largest being a tennis ball size. i don't have any pain or discomfort at all, other than a rash that developed (most likely from constantly being in pads) like i said these are not like regular periods, i can always tell when my period is here vs when it is not. Has anyone seen this, i cannot get any help from online as when i type in stuff it always goes to blood clotting and your period... the two pictures are of some of the smallest clots to come out TODAY.
