You may be thinking too much about it. An orgasm is like happiness, if you think too much about it it goes away. 
Just relax, try to think about stuff that turns you on or just get lost in the sensations you’re feeling. I know when I think about reaching the big O it’s harder for me to actually get there. 
 
You’ll know you’re getting one cause you kind of feel it all over your body. From your chest to your toes all over fuzzy, but shaky feeling... it’s hard to explain. I hope this helps though
