14weeks 3days spotting normal? Please help..

I got home from work and when I went to use the bathroom I noticed on the paper some blood, looking down I saw some blood, is more like spotting than actual bleeding, right after that I have some mix red/brown spotting (less amount) than the first time. Is this something to be concerned or call my doctor about it? This is my actual first pregnancy that I'm this far. I've had a miscarriage before at 10 weeks so I'm new and clueless of this symptoms. Please help, I'm not sure if I should be concerned and call my doctor or is it something to just let it go..
