ENERGY?
Hey mamas, maybe nearly impossible, but what are some ways to keep up energy in the 3rd trimester? Currently im almost 31wks and work nights in a hospital 😩. Working NOC is hard enough, and my body doesn't let me sleep past a few hours a day ... any advice ?
