Is it better to Baby Dance the day before or the day of ovulation?

Hubby is never up to Baby Dance (even though he knows we’re actively ttc) 😪 How do you know you’re a few days before ovulation? I don’t know until it’s already blazing positive.

I typically do it the day before because I am normally not feeling so great the day of.

We got pregnant doing it two days before. With our son, doing it the day of never caught the egg in time. So this time we planned on the day before. But couldn't BD that day,so two days before was our lucky time frame.
