Anyone else super stuffy all the time??

I’ve had a stuffy nose since I found out I was pregnant around 5/6 weeks and now I’m 10 weeks and I’m soooo over it!!!

I’m sooo stuffy only at night though, in the day time I breath normal smh 
What’s been helping is I starting lowering the heat or turn it off all together makes me less stuffy
