Breathing issues

I can only breathe through one side of my nose. I have no idea how long I've been like this, it could have been my whole life, but I've only actively noticed it for the past 2 years.

Is anyone else like this?

When I lay on my left side at night I have issues breathing, and when the left side of my nose is plugged I can't breathe. I cant even give passionate kisses to my boyfriend unless we're positioned the right way. Even then it's tough on me.

Is there anything that can be done?
