Get rid of redness / scarring

Hi there, so I have a good skin care routine and basically never get acne because of it. However, I do have acne scarring on my cheeks. and on my cheeks/nose is a little more red than I would like..... i was wondering if anyone knows products that work for that?! I really don’t know of any and I would rather hear some recommendations from real people than google. Does toner or something like witch hazel help with that?! I really don’t know. Usually I use micellar water then wash my face with a Clarisonic brush and a face wash.

TLDR; Looking for a skin care product that helps with scarring and redness.
