What is this? Could it be STD???

Okay, please don't shame me I'm just genuinely scared. My parents are super strict christians so I had sex the first time with my boyfriend at the time when I was 19. My mom found out and just started accusing my pimples around my mouth as signs of STD from giving blowjobs.

After we broke up I had sex with another guy. We used condoms. I always do.

This morning I got these spots. Is it just bug bite? Am I overthinking? Does this look like anything to you?

I did go to the beach yesterday.
