I’m 19 and i work at 7-eleven gas station i recently asked my manager to switch locations because the one i was at was to far to drive (30 min drive).

So she called the manager at the location i wanted to be at and she agreed to take me but only for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

I need full time so i told my manager to keep me on her schedule for one day which is Monday and if she ever needs me any other day just call me to come in.

Okay everything is going good i started working at the location closer to my home Saturday and worked Sunday and she put me on for that Tuesday. Okay that’s 3 days i worked at that location.

The week before i switched locations i worked Friday- Monday at the store i was originally at.

So in total i should have at least 70 hours.

Okay my new manager calls me Tuesday ( we get paid that Thursday) and says hey Fantasia corporate keeps saying your ss# does not match your name so i need you bring everything so i can fax it to them.

Okay i did and she tells me I’m sure you have bills to pay and you need your money because it’s the first of the week so rent is due.

Well Thursday comes and it’s the 1st and i was only paid $255.

I’m like huh ? So i called and was like i don’t think i was paid and she says okay I’ll put in a case for you and it’ll take 2-3 business days to resolve.

Okay i call corporate that next day and ask if a case was ever created and she says nope i said we’ll do you see 2 stores under my name she says no we only see one location and that’s my old store i only work at once a week.

I said okay thanks so i went to my manager again and she’s at her doctors appointment and she says I’m at my doctor appointment but I’ll see what’s going on when i get to the store.

Okay i decided to email the rent office and tell them what’s going on and that I’ll be late they told me i have until the 11th to pay which is Sunday I’m like okay thank you she says a late fee will be applied so instead of owing $670 I’ll owe $706. I said okay fine.

Well a hour later my boyfriend sees a note on the door saying i have until the 10th to pay and to move out by then end of the day if not paid.

I’m like huh ? i just spoke to the lady.

So right now I’m calling and texting my manager and she text me and says she called hr and they said they paid me on the 25th.

I look at my paycheck stub and it’s only 29 hours on there so I’m starting to think that the other store i was originally at didn’t pay me so i called my manager at the location I’ve been at for the last 3 months and she says I’m not in front of my computer right now I’ll have to call you back but she makes a hmmm noise and say I’m wondering when i switched you did something mess up ? I’m like idk so she says I’ll figure it out and I’ll call your other manager.

Well i still haven’t heard anything and I’m tired of calling and driving to the stores to see whats going on.

I call corporate and they say call your manager.

Not getting this paycheck messed me up because now i have to move out by Saturday night, I’m behind on my credit cards and other ppl i owe and it’s like they don’t care.

I don’t know what to do anymore i have a 1 year old and if i don’t get paid by today we won’t have anywhere to go.

Idk what to do or how i get them to take me serious.

I don’t have anyone to turn to so i need tips on what to do.

My credit score went down and i don’t qualify for a loan and due to me owing ppl and them taking money my account is now $-200.
