Charlie horses while sleeping
For the past couple of consecutive nights, I’ve woken up to Charlie horses in the same leg/same spot. I typically sleep in the same position (pregnancy pillow, lying on my left side). So after last nights Charlie horse, I decided it could be how I’m sleeping. So I flipped over, went back to sleep. Then I got a Charlie horse in the SAME spot on my other leg! What’s happening??
