Need help with weight loss/gain?

Elizabeth

Sorry, long story ahead

Im a big girl and before i found out I was pregnant i weighed 279 pounds. Well we lost our house and became homeless. We lived in the woods in a van then in a camper for about three months and I was working 12 hour days 6 days a week. At my job I wasn't allowed breaks or lunches and I ate one can of ravioli a day. Basically, I was starving and overworking myself because I had no choice. I found out I was pregnant at 12 weeks after finally getting out of that rut and when i weighed myself I was at 250. Since then I have put on a bit more weight and am back up to 270 at 30 weeks. Is this okay? I feel like I'm hurting my baby with this changing weight loss/gain. Also, if I'm not constantly eating right now I feel sick so I'm afraid of gaining too much weight now as well... ugh I'm so scared and lost right now
