HELP!!!

Hey guys! So I posted a few days ago that I had a really weird period. This is month 4 TTC. To recap, I started spotting light pink 2 days before AF was due, it got a little heavier but mostly pink and brown and never enough to fill a tampon. Very weird for me as I have endometriosis and always have THE WORST cramps, heavy bleeding and loads of clots! This happened on and off for 3 days, no clots at all and very mild cramps. The last two days I haven’t used a pad or tampon or anything. Tuesday and Wednesday I had NOTHING. No spotting no discharge. Completely dry. Today I had the slightest bit of brown in my underwear. My hubby and I did the deed and there was blood and white creamy discharge. I’ve never experienced anything like this before and am pretty concerned. Does anyone have any advice?
