Relationship Problems

He said he's not happy in the relationship.

Last night my boyfriend called and said he hasn't been happy lately, but he said he still loves me and doesn't want to break up. At first I thought maybe he needs his space bc we've been dating for almost 2 years now and I went through a rough patch over the summer where I depended on him too much tbh. We didn't break up but I was sad all day today thinking about how I'm not making him happy and no longer know how. We also haven't hanged out in like 2-3 weeks bc we're so busy so maybe we actually need to see each other more. I don't know anymore, any advice? Please I'll take anything
