Pregnant with a Cold Tips?

As if I’m not already the most nervous wreck carrying my rainbow baby... I’ve caught my fiancé’s cold. 
Please share any tips you have for cold remedies while pregnant.

OJ, extra vitamin c, cough drops, tylenol PM if having trouble sleeping, lots of fluids.

Last week I caught a cold that turned into a lovely bronchitis/sinusitis combo (apparently those come often together, how nice) and EXACTLY at the same moment, fatigue and morning sickness hit me a like a ton of bricks. Needless to say the week has been rough 😂😭💀 I survived on Tylenol first but now I'm on pregnancy safe antibiotics, inhalers and a cortisone nasal spray and it's finally Friday so I'm feeling much better already. Hang in there!

i just recently got over a cold! my doctor told me i could only take Tylenol, so i took that, drank LOTS of water, blew my nose a lot & slept as much as i could. felt better in about a week. hope you feel better soon!

I relied heavily on my Netipot! It was the only thing that gave me some relief! I’m still stuffy 3 weeks later 🙄. Hang in there!

Saline mist, warm showers (not crazy hot just enough to get steamy), sleep with a humidifier by your bed. Tylenol if you get a fever. Blow your nose as much as you can.
I have had 2 bad colds and pink eye already and I’m only 8 weeks. Saw my baby this morning and it looked totally healthy! Colds are miserable but should pose no risk to your baby as long as you don’t start getting crazy fevers. Just make sure to rest and stay hydrated!
