Cakey makeup?

I live Florida where it is hot and humid all year long. When my first do my makeup it comes out flawless then after a couple hours my makeup starts to have a lot texture , looks very Cakey/blotchy, and oily. My skin is acne prone and I tried used using setting powders and primers but i dont know what. Any advice ? I don't have a money for high end brands so if you know a few drug stores or dupes or hacks please share them.
