Tattoo placement?

I wanna get another tattoo soon for christmas maybe, I got my first one a few days ago on my forearm. the picture isnt exactly what i'm getting but i wanna get a dragon outlined in black and some flowers. i wanted it on my back but i heard it hurts bad cause of the spine and dont know if i would be able to handle the pain 😂 i was thinking back or shoulder. or any other suggestions
