Can I have whey protein while nursing? 22gram of protein a scoop

I know anything dairy related causes my baby to get fussy but adding a lot of good protein and fat to your diet while nursing is important to keeping your baby growing well☺️ pea protein and egg protein powders are good alternatives if you find that the whey is bothering your baby too

They use whey protein in hypoallergenic formula. I’m sure it wouldn’t exist if it was dangerous to infants or toddlers. (I only know because my daughter could only drink Gerber Extensive HA & it’s main ingredient was Whey Protein. If no one believes me I can get the can & take a pic of it)
