When to take baby out

Question

My baby is due March 26th one month before Easter. I know both my family and my husband's family will be so excited to meet our little girl. I want to know if that would be too early to take her to our families houses for the holiday?

I am due March 16 and I will be attending immediate family events only. (Mom,dad, grandparents) 
On my husband side they have a family gathering where they are around 80 people.. I know they will want to meet my baby girl but I won’t be going. I know people are sick that time of the year and even if I tell them to not kiss the baby they will. I’m not risking my newborns health for Easter 🤷🏼‍♀️ my inlaws were upset about it when I mentioned it but whatever..she’s my baby I don’t want her sick.

I’m planning on wearing the baby in a carrier to all outings for the first 3 months or so. (Or maybe forever lol) 
I’ve seen people who do this and it seems like others are more apt to leave the baby alone when it’s strapped to moms body as opposed to in a carrier or stroller where it can be touched and kissed. Wearing the baby also might keep them calm so people aren’t all like ‘oh baby’s crying let me pick them up’

Babies can generally go out straight away providing it was a straightforward normal birth. In the U.K. anyway. I’ve personally always waited a week or 2 with my other children to give myself time to recover. A lot of walking or activities so soon after the birth can sometimes cause more heavy bleeding, but a month after should be fine

Curious about this too!! I’m due March 21st and I was wondering if it would be too soon to go out to church and such. I’m thinking it should be fine, but I’d love to hear others’ thoughts on it.

We went out right away with our son when he was born, but if anyone was sick I would hope they would have the common sense to say something. 
Also when I had visitors at the hospital i made sure everyone washed their hands first and I always asked if they were sick or not.
