Ache/ pain 16 weeks

Hi all I have a question for all of you if you can help or advise please??

I’m 16 weeks today, and I have ache/ pain on the left side, area being explaining in words is about my ovary area down into the top of my V. Is this normal? Or is there a reason why, the the second day of this feeling, and continues into aches of the back. Any advice would be really settling or should I just contact my doctors.
