Giving myself a complex 🤦🏼‍♀️

So my little is almost 6mo and my son is 2.5. I have been on the Skyla IUD since 6 weeks post. Over the last month I’ve just started feeling odd. Here recently I’ve had some pretty intense nausea and my sense of smell 😳🤢 I’m a pediatric nurse and I have a little with a tracheostomy (next part is TMI, sorry) and today the smell of her mucus from her trach made me gag. It’s never been an issue for me and she has been my patient for 2 months now. My sex drive has gone BANANAS! Like through the rough! I’m so thirsty and I can usually go my entire shift super busy and not pee but once but today and my last shift I have literally been on the verge of peeing my pants 😭 yesterday I got super bloated and crampy. I felt very wet and wondered if I had started my period, when I went to the bathroom I had A LOT of egg white like fertile mucus. My husbands travels and was gone from 9/9-9/30, he was home 9/30-10/7, and then in California from 10/7-11/4. I took a pregnancy test on 11/1 that was negative. I’m planning to retest but just looking to see if anyone has been in the same boat. Maybe I’m just ovulating? I am breastfeeding but she has started eating lots of baby food too so I’m not nursing as much as I was. Thanks!
