Blue cheese?

Can you have pasteurized blue cheese? I felt ok about it because the label said pasteurized but I’m still nervous. I just had one bite!

The comment about avoiding all soft cheese is incorrect. The process of pasteurization kills bacteria including listeria. I’m sure you’re fine, but you still shouldn’t eat soft cheese. Even if the milk is pasteurized, the process for aging the cheese (mold) poses a risk.
