Work while pregnant

So I'm currently 15 weeks, I had a sub-chorionic hemorrhage at 12 weeks and was on bedrest for 2 weeks. I've been afraid to go back to work because I strongly believe that work caused me my constant stress and it's not a light duty job.. I've called out everyday the last week because I'm legitimately terrified of losing this baby. This is the furthest I've ever been along in a pregnancy without ending in miscarriage. The first 3 ended at 7, 8 and 12 weeks. Of course, in my mind, the fact that I haven't been working much this pregnancy because of the constant nausea, headaches and other symptoms that it makes sense that I've made it this far because I'm not straining my body. My work involves heavy lifting, stressful people and theres not much help. You're pretty much on your own with no help from others. I've been seriously thinking about quitting my job. My worry is that I love my insurance and I'm not sure what my husband's insurance covers. I don't want to lose my insurance in the middle of my pregnancy either with not knowing how it will affect any of my future appointments. I want to be a stay at home mom when baby comes and I thought about just taking myself down to part time so I keep my insurance until baby arrives. If I end up fully quitting though I was going to find ways to make money from home.

Has anybody been in this situation or have any advice on how to go about this? Thanks in advance.
