Help?

I’ve been trying to get pregnant, I have been on the implant for two year then proceeded to get two shots of the depo vera then switched to the pill, I haven’t taken the pill in over a month and I guess I’m just looking for advice on getting pregnant, I haven’t had a real full period in such a long time and I’m really worried I may never be able to become pregnant, someone please help
