How would you feel

So my boyfriend before I got pregnant would always tell me stories about him and his other baby mama he was telling me a story about how when she was pregnant he would have her lay on the bed and help her shave well now I'm 30 weeks and need help shaving so I asked him and all of a sudden he says he doesn't feel comfortable. He would also tell me in the beginning "I cant wait until you're big and I have to help you shave" now he wont. This isnt the only story he has told me about them and I've asked him to help me with somthing and he says no. Am I wrong for being upset?
