11wks 3days and lots of pain😣is this normal??...

I am currently 11wks 3days with twins this is my 3rd pregnancy and I have never had this much pain except when I went in preterm labor. I went to er they say it’s round ligament pain and a growing uterus but I feel it’s something more I could barely walk yesterday or even sit in my truck to drive hurts wen I sit lay down or even walk anybody else have pain this severe and what did you do for it I dnt like taking Tylenol even if it’s ok I’m not a medicine person😩😩😩help
