Okay so a few days ago I had really rough sex and at point his dick slipped out he was going too fast to really care so he just tried to shove it back in without paying attention and it was pushed against my hymen & as soon as he put it back in I was In so much pain. I started to bleed and it hurt way worse than I could imagine. I looked down and there were two rips in my hymen. This wasn’t my first time having sex or anything so it’s not like he popped my cherry...

Is there anything I can do to help this heal & will it always have a rip in it or will they eventually scar and close up? I’ve been in so much pain recently and even the slightest movements down there hurt.... it has also been very dry since it ripped and I was wondering If coconut oil or something could help
