No free trial billed for month
I had a notice that I was eligible for a free 7 day trial of premium.
This was on November 8th. I signed up for the trial and today I noticed I was being billed for the full month instead. I want this cancelled and refunded. What’s the point of doing a trial if you’re gonna bill people for a full month?!
