TMI! Please help. Labor starting??

I’m 39+3. Woke up having cramping and back pain all day today that has increasingly gotten worse. And I’ve had this all day. At times there’s more or less, but it’s there every time I go to the bathroom. I’ve been losing my mucus plug over the last 2 weeks. Inconsistent contractions all evening and I just had terrible stomach pains that woke me from sleep and I felt like I was going to throw up and had diarrhea. Labor starting? I’m so unsure of anything these days! 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️
