Okay I’ve been panicking about this for weeks now well around 2 weeks as when I got my bfp 4 days before my period was due my cervix felt open. I’ve read loads online saying it might just be outer os open and inside is closed. My finger doesn’t fit in the opening just the top of my finger tip but I haven’t tried to push it. It’s hard high. Very high and what I’d describe by looking at pictures closed.

On the my beautiful cervix pictures the cervix ALWAYS looks open but it isn’t. The cm couldn’t come out if it was completely closed anyway and I have recently in July had a mc. So I have my first appointment with midwife tomorrow and I am no longer concerned. Everyone tells you it’s bad for it to feel open but how many of us are experts? None. My doctor said checking is fine so I’m not listening to anyone saying don’t do that I always use sterile gloves etc.

I’ve read stories from people who had an open cervix until 10 weeks so I think I’ll be fine if not then I’m not trying anymore I can’t actually take all this worry. No one will tell you about their cervix because hardly anyone checks. Open or closed I don’t care anymore.
