WANT TO GET RID OF THIS!!!!

Anyone know how to get rid of these dark marks?! I know part of it is losing weight. But has anyone had something similar and used any product that really helped clear the skin up? Please help I’m so insecure about it . I have to always wear my hair down so that my neck is covered
