Significant digestive problems since c section?

My c section was 6 months ago and there's been a drastic change in my digestion. I get upper stomach pain all the time, my entire abdomen is very sore and tender, I get diarrhea most days. OB says my incision healed and said "give it time" but it's been 6 months and it's just getting worse. I have an appt with a gastro Dr but first appointment was a month away! Just wondering if anyone else has been through this and what it was? It was literally a overnight change of zero issues post surgery to significant issues regularly since.
