Overnight travel- leaving 3 month old 😢

Hi everyone! My baby was born at the end of September - and I am going back to work at the beginning of the year.

That is going to be hard enough. However, my problem is that my company does a large annual sales meeting at the beginning of January.

I would have to fly there and I am breast feeding. And my baby is still so little.

I am so upset. I do not want to leave my 3 month old for 4 days. But I feel like I’m letting my company down. I have to make a decision on what to do.

Any thoughts or input?
