is it possible?

i’m high risk because of my age (14) and mental disorders. i went to the ER last night for more than average bleeding. they told me my baby was the size a 6 week old fetus (i’m 8 weeks) . the thing is , it looks like an 8 week old fetus not a 6 week old one. it had arms, legs, an umbilical cord , and no yolk sac . i just think the baby’s really small , but alive . they said it’s possible but rare . i haven’t bled at all since last night (around 6) when i was at the hospital. i just need to know if anyone agrees with me . thank you.
