Vitex post depo?

I went off the depo shot in the beginning of October because in ttc. While on it, I didnt get a period the whole 3 months (only had 1 shot-was on mirena for 2 years before this). About a week after I was supposed to get my shot, I started bleeding. Now I've been bleeding for about 3 weeks. Ive heard people bleed for 2 years after getting off the depo. Ive also heard that taking Vitex helps regulate your cycles after getting off depo. Has anyone tried this and had success?? Really interested as im tired of bleeding! I know it takes at least 3 months to conceive after depo but I just wanna get regulated at least! Thanks in advance!
