Bad at keeping a secret

Since I found out , I’m having such a hard time keeping it a secret. Only my husband knows so far but I have many many events coming up where I would typically drink alcohol. I need to hide my pregnancy until Christmas but this is getting hard !! Any suggestions? I looked into non alcoholic wine that I can rip the label off of and bring to a byob spot. But Most of these events are at houses so there’s no bartender to help me make fake drinks. Ughhhh anxiety is real.
